This page explains how Tagg currently operates and what our checks do—and do not—mean. It is not a promise that every listing or delivery will be problem-free.
Shopping and payment
You can browse without an account. WhatsApp is the main order channel today. When a direct Mobile Money option is available, Tagg starts payment through Fapshi and checks its status with the provider; a browser return alone is not proof of payment.
Stores and verification
A Verified by Tagg badge is shown only for an active store with an approved application and submitted identity, registration, and location evidence. Tagg reviews that evidence and the store's delivery capability. Verification is not a guarantee that every individual product unit is authentic or will always be in stock.
Product listings
Stores can propose products, but proposed listings go through an admin review before publication. Legacy catalogue entries are being audited. A listing flagged as possibly regulated is held for human review; Tagg does not infer medical approval from its name.
Affiliate links and commissions
An affiliate link carries a referral code so Tagg can associate eligible activity with the affiliate. A click is not a sale. Commission depends on a qualifying order and is subject to delivery, refund, dispute, and payout review.
Delivery and returns
Delivery zones and fees are shown where configured. The exact address, availability, and fulfilment details are confirmed during ordering. If a product arrives wrong, damaged, missing, or defective, contact Tagg promptly with the order reference and evidence.
Privacy and reporting
Tagg uses account, order, referral and service data to operate the marketplace and prevent abuse. Store verification documents and payout destinations are not public. Report a suspicious product, store, payment or order through Tagg support; include a reference and avoid posting private details publicly.
