Tagg Business
Store Terms
Version 2026-09-26. Read these responsibilities before submitting a store application.
Who may apply
A store must have a physical location, provide accurate business and owner details, submit the requested evidence and be able to deliver to the areas it selects. Submission does not guarantee approval. Tagg reviews applications and may ask for more information.
Verification scope
A Verified by Tagg indicator means the store passed the documented store review. It does not mean Tagg independently authenticated every unit or guarantees every product claim. Keep documents and contact information current; do not publicly share private verification files.
Products and information
List only products you have authority to sell. Prices, availability, images, descriptions, warnings and applicable documentation must be accurate. Products may be reviewed, corrected, held or removed for quality, safety, restricted-product or legal concerns. Do not publish medical or authenticity claims that cannot be supported.
Orders and delivery
The store is responsible for confirming stock, preparing correct items, meeting agreed delivery areas and times, and recording fulfilment truthfully. Do not mark an order delivered before delivery actually occurs. Notify Tagg promptly about delays, lost items and delivery disputes.
Fees and affiliate sales
Plan and campaign prices, marketplace fees and affiliate commission arrangements are shown in the relevant store tools or written agreement before purchase or activation. Tagg records the applicable financial values per order; later fee changes do not rewrite past transactions. Stores must not bypass Tagg to evade agreed fees on referred orders.
Payments and settlement
When direct payment is available for an approved store and area, Tagg records the buyer payment and does not release the store settlement before the delivery and review requirements are met. The recorded store net amount accounts for agreed fees, affiliate commissions, provider charges, refunds and adjustments. A dashboard status is not proof that an external transfer completed; Tagg records the transfer reference after verification.
Returns and disputes
Cooperate with evidence requests and the published Return Policy. Wrong, damaged, defective, expired or materially misdescribed goods may require replacement or refund. A return or refund can change the store settlement and affiliate commission. Tagg reviews disputed responsibility case by case.
Access, suspension and changes
Protect staff access and customer information. Tagg may pause a listing or store while it investigates a serious compliance, fraud, safety or fulfilment issue. Material changes to these terms receive a new version; existing orders retain their recorded commercial terms.
