Affiliate Terms
Version 2026-09-26. Please read these terms before joining or sharing products.
Joining and eligibility
An affiliate must provide accurate account and payout details, comply with Tagg policies and be able to receive a supported payout method. Joining is free. Tagg may review or decline an account where identity, fraud or policy concerns arise.
Links and attribution
Use the tracked links generated for your account. The current browser attribution window is 30 days from the most recent valid referral visit. A later valid affiliate referral can replace an earlier one. The order record, not a WhatsApp message or a screenshot, determines attribution. Cookies may be unavailable when a visitor blocks or clears them; contact support with an order reference if you believe an order was missed.
Commission calculation
The applicable fixed amount or percentage is shown with the eligible product when you create or share a link. Tagg records the rate and amount with the credited order; later rate changes do not recalculate an older order. Delivery fees and unrelated charges are not commissionable unless explicitly stated with the offer.
When commission is eligible
A click is not a sale. Commission remains pending until the order is confirmed, payment is verified where applicable, delivery is confirmed and any applicable return or fraud review is complete. Your dashboard shows the recorded status. A payout is not automatic merely because an order was delivered.
Cancellations, returns and disputes
A cancelled, duplicate, fraudulent, unpaid or refunded order cannot generate payable commission. A commission already recorded for such an order may be reversed with a reason. Partial returns and refunds are reviewed against the affected items. If you dispute a decision, contact Tagg with the order reference and supporting details.
Payouts
The affiliate dashboard displays your payout destination and recorded transfers. Tagg currently supports MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money details. Payment is subject to review and operational availability; no fixed payout date or minimum is promised unless displayed in your account or an agreed campaign. A transfer is marked paid only after Tagg records evidence of completion. Keep your destination current and contact support about a missing or failed transfer.
Fair promotion
Do not self-refer, create duplicate accounts, manipulate clicks or orders, mislead buyers, impersonate Tagg or a store, misuse logos, send spam, or make unsupported product or medical claims. Share only approved product information and disclose your affiliate relationship when the context requires it.
Suspension and changes
Tagg may hold or suspend activity while investigating fraud, abuse or a serious policy concern. We do not silently delete earned commission history. Material term changes receive a new version and may require fresh acceptance before further affiliate activity.
