Tagg

Buyer help

No small print. Just the things you need to know before you order.

Tagg is designed around familiar behaviour: browse openly, ask a real person, and know the delivery fee before committing.

01

Can I browse Tagg without an account?

Yes. The full marketplace and every public product page are open to visitors. A buyer account is optional and exists for conveniences such as saving products.

02

What is the difference between a buyer and an affiliate account?

A buyer account holds your saved products. An affiliate account has a separate studio for trackable product links, clicks, commissions, and payouts. The two experiences are intentionally kept apart.

03

How do I place an order?

Choose a product, quantity, and delivery zone, then continue on WhatsApp. The product details are carried into the chat so a Tagg agent can confirm availability, address, total, and payment with you.

04

Does Tagg charge my card on the website?

No. The current website does not take payment. Your order and payment arrangement are confirmed directly with a Tagg agent on WhatsApp.

05

Where can Tagg deliver?

Available delivery zones and their fees appear on each product page and in the cart. The agent confirms your exact address before the order moves forward.

06

What happens when I arrive through an affiliate's link?

You see the same public marketplace and the same product price. The referral simply keeps the affiliate's credit attached if your order is completed.

07

Can I add several products to one order?

Yes. Add the products to your cart, choose the quantities and delivery zone, then continue to WhatsApp with the combined list.

08

Why is a product marked unavailable?

The catalogue reflects the current stock state supplied to Tagg. When an item is unavailable, its page points you toward similar products that are currently in stock.

Ready to see what is on the shelf?
