Tagg marketplace terms
Simple rules for trustworthy commerce.
By using Tagg, each participant agrees to act accurately, lawfully and in good faith. These terms work alongside the return and privacy information available in the app.
Buyers
Product availability, delivery fees and final fulfilment details are confirmed during the human checkout process. Buyers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
Affiliates
Trackable links must be shared honestly. Commission is earned only under the published attribution rules and after an eligible order is delivered and paid.
Partner stores
A store must provide genuine business, identity, location and delivery evidence. Approval may be withdrawn if information is false, delivery repeatedly fails or marketplace standards are not maintained.
Plans and campaigns
Paid plans cover the stated period and renew manually. Managed campaign fees cover coordination; separate affiliate rewards or media budgets must be agreed clearly.
Safe use
No fraud, impersonation, misleading listings, abusive behaviour, unlawful goods or attempts to bypass platform security are permitted.
