What is Tagg?
Tagg is a marketplace for buyers, verified partner stores and affiliates. Buyers can browse products and start an order on WhatsApp. Affiliates share tracked links and may earn commission on eligible, completed orders.
Is Tagg available in Douala and Yaoundé?
Affiliates can join from Cameroon. Buyer delivery depends on the selected store and available delivery zone; check the product and checkout details before ordering. Do not assume nationwide delivery.
How do I become an affiliate in Cameroon on Tagg?
Create a free affiliate account, choose eligible products, and share your personal link. The applicable commission is shown in the affiliate workspace. Payment depends on order eligibility and review under the Affiliate Terms.
How do I place an order?
WhatsApp is the primary ordering option. The product details are prefilled for a Tagg agent to confirm availability, delivery and the final amount. Direct payment appears only for eligible stores and areas when it is enabled.
Do I need an account to buy something?
No. You can browse and start a WhatsApp order without an account. A buyer account is available for saved products, order information and notification preferences.
How much does it cost to become an affiliate?
Nothing. There is no signup fee and no inventory to buy. You share links and earn a commission per delivered order.
When do I get paid as an affiliate?
A tracked order can create a pending commission. Tagg reviews payment, delivery, cancellations and returns before marking it eligible. Payouts are processed separately; they are not automatically sent when an order is delivered.
Why does my commission still say pending?
Pending means the commission is not yet eligible for payout. Check the order status and any review or return period in your dashboard. Paid means Tagg has recorded a completed payout, not merely a delivered order.
What delivery zones does Tagg cover?
Delivery zones and fees are shown on every product page and confirmed by the Tagg agent on WhatsApp before you order.
Can I return a product?
Report a damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete order as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. Opening a product does not automatically invalidate a defect claim that could only be discovered after opening. See the Return Policy and contact Tagg with evidence.
Can I sell my own products on Tagg?
Physical stores that can provide delivery may apply through Tagg Business. Tagg reviews business, location and supporting documents before a store can be approved.
