Common questions
How do I place an order?
Tap Order on WhatsApp on any product page. A chat opens with the product already written in, and a Tagg agent confirms your delivery zone and payment from there.
Do I need an account to buy something?
No. Buying happens entirely on WhatsApp. Accounts on Tagg are only for affiliates and admins.
How much does it cost to become an affiliate?
Nothing. There is no signup fee and no inventory to buy. You share links and earn a commission per delivered order.
When do I get paid as an affiliate?
As soon as an order tied to your code is marked delivered and paid, a commission appears as pending in your dashboard. Tagg sends it to your MTN or Orange Money number.
Why does my commission still say pending?
Pending means the order has not been marked delivered and paid yet. Once it is, your dashboard updates automatically and you can see it move to paid once Tagg sends the payout.
What delivery zones does Tagg cover?
Delivery zones and fees are shown on every product page and confirmed by the Tagg agent on WhatsApp before you order.
Can I sell my own products on Tagg?
Tagg currently works with a small set of partner suppliers. If you would like to stock products on Tagg, reach out on WhatsApp and the team will follow up.
